A charming painting by the Austrian painter Franz Horst. The artwork was exhibited at 1909 at the "Künstlerhaus", an esteemed institution.

Franz Horst (born 12 June 1862 in Vienna, † 24 March 1950 in Klosterneuburg) was a painter of Austrian portraits, landscapes and the military. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. Horst was mainly active in Klosterneuburg.
