Description
This pen and ink drawing by an artist presently unidentified depicts a reclining woman surrounded by loosely described female figures and vessels. Sweeping black contours and broad ink passages contrast with fine, broken lines against the warm brown paper, giving the composition an expressive, spontaneous character.
