Raku Ceramic Ball Vase
A magnificent ceramic ball vase crafted using the traditional Raku technique, measuring 26 cm in height.
This piece stands out for its generous spherical shape and its superb white crackled glaze, characteristic of the Raku firing process. The fine cracks, darkened by the smoking process, form a delicate, irregular pattern, making each piece unique.
The body of the vase is adorned with abstract, intertwined black lines, evoking a spontaneous, contemporary design.
The upper portion is accented by a wide, matte black frieze featuring geometric shapes, embellished with touches of green, yellow, pink, and orange. This graphic design, inspired by Art Deco, lends the piece a beautiful modern touch.
The contrast between the whiteness of the crackled glaze, the smoking effects, and the vibrant colors gives this ceramic piece a strong artistic personality.
