Baccarat – Large Ceiling Chandelier, Circa 1900
A striking crystal and gilded bronze ceiling chandelier; the upper ring is adorned with palmettes and cut crystal prisms, the lower ring is decorated with myrzas, connecting these two rings are rows of octagons and pearls in a gradient pattern forming a half-sphere.
It has seven light sources: six bulbs in the half-sphere and one bulb in the lower section.
Complete, in very good condition; crafted by Baccarat around 1900.
Electrical wiring has been redone.
