Mid-century Italian Sculptural Mirror, Colored In Taupe, Signed, 1960s

Artist: Massara
A very creative mid-century mirror in a particularly elegant color, hand-signed “Massara.”
The glass has been cut to form recesses featuring oval—hatched—and round—smooth—elements.
A taupe-colored reflective coating has been applied to the surface of the Murano glass, making this piece truly one-of-a-kind.
The random arrangement of the elements lends the mirror depth and gives it a distinctive touch.
The mirror itself was then mounted on this base and secured with small metal clips—
whose design is also highly decorative.

The mirror is in perfect condition; the inner mirror has a small scratch but is otherwise in perfect condition.
