An 18K white gold necklace, 750/°°°, featuring an Egyptian-inspired motif set with round brilliant-cut and 8/8-cut diamonds; two yellow diamonds flank a rectangular sugarloaf-cut amethyst. The motif depicts a stylized Isis with outstretched wings, surmounted by a diamond-set bail and holding a diamond pendant.
