Louis Honoré Le Jeans (1734–1794) was the son of Guillaume Le Jeans—a lawyer at the Court of Provence in Salon, an assessor in Marseille, and a merchant—and Marie Blanche Rostan. A merchant in Marseille, in partnership with his brother Lazare Le Jeans, he served as a deputy of the Third Estate at the Estates-General of 1789 for the seneschalsy of Marseille.
He married Marie-Jeanne Clary, daughter of François Clary and sister-in-law of Joseph Bonaparte and Bernadotte. After becoming a widow, she remarried Baron Joseph Pézenas de Pluvinal.
