19th-century Openwork Brass Planter.
A very large and elegant 19th-century planter, oval in shape. It rests on four claw-foot legs. The main body is decorated with shells and foliage. Each end is adorned with lion heads holding a ring in their mouths for transport. In good overall condition, with a few minor chips due to age and use.
