This drawing depicts a “Trianon”-style house, located less than 20 meters from the Hennequeville manor. This villa stood on the edge of the walking path that the artist had taken during his stroll. The villa has since been demolished.
The two drawings in our collection appear to have been created on the same day or during the same walk, as these two vantage points are less than 50 meters apart.
