- "Suzanne Crépin (1880–1956) was a French painter and draftswoman associated with the Post-Impressionist movement and the Nabi movement. A cousin of the Nabi sculptor Georges Lacombe, she was influenced by Japonism and the Pont-Aven School.
- She is famous for her scenes of daily life in Brittany (particularly in Le Pouldu), her scenes of childhood in Brittany, and her Orientalist works inspired by her travels to Senegal and Morocco.
- A specialist in watercolor and pastel, she regularly exhibited her works at the Salon de la Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Paris."
