A lovely demi-lune display cabinet featuring wood veneer marquetry and a veined Breccia marble top; it opens via a single door to reveal three shelves. It is richly adorned with finely chased gilt bronze mounts depicting grapevine friezes, grape clusters, floral garlands, scrolling foliage, acanthus leaves, and animal motifs (squirrels and birds), as well as mascarons, trophies, quivers, and ribbons, all surmounted by a rose frieze. Bead-and-reel moldings frame the three glass panels, while the lower sections of the uprights feature stop-fluted detailing. The piece rests on four tapered, fluted legs.
