An exceptional and original period stone cabinet, likely from the Louis XVI era.
The top and bottom cornices, the legs, and the side posts are made of stone.
The back of the cabinet and the doors are made of wood.
I haven’t found any information about this type of piece of furniture; it may have been a custom order.
It measures 206 cm high and 135 cm wide.
I would appreciate any information regarding its construction and origin.
It can be completely disassembled; four people can handle everything except the top cornice, which must be lifted into place using a hoist.
