Louis Philippe 4-door Sideboard In Walnut

A striking and refined Louis Philippe sideboard of French craftsmanship, crafted from fine walnut wood, characterized by a distinctive design and exceptional craftsmanship.

The piece features a dynamic front, with the central section slightly projecting beyond the two side sections—a design that gives the sideboard an elegant and unusual silhouette, making it particularly interesting from a cabinetmaking perspective.

The piece consists of four doors and four drawers, harmoniously integrated into the front and embellished with elegant moldings. The door panels are made of finely flamed walnut, whose extraordinary natural grain creates a decorative effect of great beauty, further enhanced by the wood’s warm tone.

The sideboard has been carefully restored in our workshop, with all work carried out to preserve the piece’s original characteristics and structure.

Particular attention has also been paid to the interior, which is lined with a refined decorative paper featuring a Florentine lily motif, lending the interior a pleasant touch of sophistication.

A piece with remarkable visual presence, enhanced by the quality of the walnut, the beautiful flaming of the panels, and above all by the distinctive shape of the front, which sets it apart from the more common sideboards of the Louis Philippe period.
