Marseille fineness mark with the date 1767
goldsmith’s mark: a crowned “P” between two flowers and a star in the center of “BP.” For Pierre-Bernard Durand, who became a master in 1753 and practiced until 1776 in Marseille.
Weight without the handle: 412.5 gr
Three-legged design; two legs have slight wear-related indentations visible from the inside.
Lid with removable knob, typical of chocolate pots.
Hinge in perfect condition.
Turned wooden handle in perfect condition.
No monogram.
