An antique death mask of Napoleon created by his last physician: Francesco Antommarchi (1780–1838) was Napoleon Bonaparte’s personal physician during his final years of exile on Saint Helena. The edge bears the names of the artist and the foundry that used it as the model for the final bronze cast. The plaster cast is in excellent condition.
