Julie Feurgard was a student of Jean Léon Gérôme, Léon Bonnat, and Paul Louis Delance.
She married Paul Delance in 1886. She studied at the Académie Julian and exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français and the Salon de la Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts. She died prematurely at the age of 32 in Paris.
One of her works is part of the collection at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest.
