Set with a central blue synthetic sapphire weighing approximately 0.30 carats. The ring is adorned with eight diamonds totaling approximately 0.40 carats (color H-J; clarity SI1-I1). Eight square synthetic sapphires complete the ring. The synthesis of sapphires began in the early 20th century and experienced a considerable boom during the Art Deco period.
