18th-century Neoclassical "grand Tour Of Rome" Fan

A fan known as a “Grand Tour” style fan, featuring grotesque decorations and three panels: a central one depicting a neoclassical scene, and the others showing two views of Rome, Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Basilica on the left, and the Colosseum on the right.
Sticks made of blond tortoiseshell decorated with gilded motifs.
Date: late 18th century
The fan was partially worn and required stabilization. Therefore, it was restored and placed in a display case.
