Art Nouveau vase, crafted using the same technique and featuring Art Nouveau mounts as those by the famous Art Nouveau ceramicist Giorgio Spertini. Giorgio Spertini was a master of Italian Art Nouveau (Stile Liberty). His specialty was fusing polychrome glazed ceramics with highly theatrical and enveloping bronze or gilded metal mounts. The decoration features his signature plant and floral motifs, applied to a body of terracotta or fine earthenware. L Lombardia Beni. Known Variations: This same metal frame design was produced by the Laveno factory with different underlying ceramic colors (notably monochrome versions). This vase is unsigned.
