Large Edo-period Japanese Porcelain Dish.
Very large platter, 47 cm in diameter, made of 19th-century Japanese porcelain from the Edo period.
This beautiful platter is in excellent original condition and has retained its original metal fastening system, which explains its excellent condition since it was never used.
The design features a bird on a white background, hand-painted amidst a pattern of rocaille and flowering chrysanthemum branches. Beautiful contrasts and shades of blue.
A second dish of the same origin (see last photo) can be included to complete the pair.
Shipping available to France and worldwide via secure, insured package with order tracking
