An antique cup from Emperor Napoleon III’s service, made by the Sèvres porcelain manufactory.
It is made of white porcelain accented with fine gold and decorated with the emperor’s cipher beneath the imperial crown.
Green mark: S.60 (for the year 1860).
Red mark: N beneath an imperial crown, 61 – Gilded at Sèvres.
Very good condition. One hair on the cup.
Cup: 6.3 cm high / 7 cm in diameter.
Saucer: 12.3 cm in diameter.
