The design features a "lupin garland enhanced with gold, in tribute to René Lalique."

soup plates, diameter 19.4 cm, height 4 cm (two plates lack the full stamp, bearing instead the mark of the manufacturer, Chastagner & Cie).
The decoration is magnificent. T
here are some surface scratches from use on the dinner plates, visible when held against the light, but these do not in any way detract from the quality or usability of the set.
