Silver-plated metal handles, stainless steel blades.
The set of 20 knives includes:

- 2 table knives with slightly larger blades, 25 cm,
- 8 table knives, 23.2 cm,
- 10 dessert, cheese, and appetizer knives, 20,5 cm.
Excellent condition with a beautiful shine; few visible signs of wear.
17 of the knives bear the Ravinet d’Enfert hallmark and have blades engraved with the brand name,
3 of the knives bear the Ercuis hallmark and have blades engraved with the brand name.
