Monumental Art Deco Terracotta Garden Fountain, "allegory Of Summer," By Ezio Ceccarelli

Art Deco terracotta garden fountain with a refined patina, created around 1920 by the famous Italian sculptor Ezio Ceccarelli (1865–1927). Depicting the Allegory of Summer, this monumental fountain is a remarkable example of early 20th-century Italian decorative sculpture, combining classical inspiration with the elegant stylization characteristic of Art Deco.

At the center of the fountain is a finely modeled high relief depicting a young woman crowned with ears of wheat, a traditional symbol of abundance and the summer harvest.
