For its ceramics, Primavera collaborated with prominent designers and potters (Jean Besnard, Colette Guéden, Guidette Carbonell, Gisèle Favre, Claude Lévy...) who design models produced in small batches by artisanal workshops or factories (Elchinger in Soufflenheim, Bernardaud in Limoges, Montereau, Quimper, Malicorne, Longwy, Saint-Leu-la-Forêt, Sainte Radegonde, Céramique d’Art de Bordeaux...).
The production, heavily influenced by the “Art Deco” style, features good-natured animals, vases with Oriental motifs—either crackled or decorated in vibrant colors—and plates painted with geometric patterns. It is often characterized by great cheerfulness and a distinct modernity, and enjoyed great success during the 1920s and 1930s.
