Large Art Deco light sculpture by Raymonde Guerbe(1894–1995), signed on the base and bearing the mark of the "Le Verrier" foundry (Max Le Verrier, 1891–1973). This is a documented model titled “Espana,” crafted from artistic metal with an antique bronze-green patina. The work features an evocative Cubist-style composition depicting a young woman—partially nude and wearing a loincloth decorated with hieroglyphic motifs—walking gracefully on a stepped base of Saint Laurent marble; the figure holds a thick, sepia-colored glass fan, engraved with a Cubist motif, which diffuses light through its translucent surface.
