A large night light in the shape of a goat-drawn cart, made of chiselled and gilded bronze, depicting a rearing goat harnessed to a two-wheeled cart adorned with garlands of vine leaves. The cart encloses a sky-blue opaline egg that opens via a hinged mount in gilded brass. The whole piece rests on a rectangular white marble plinth.
