A rare sideboard made of solid beech and rosewood veneer.
It opens with two doors inlaid with a design depicting a marsh blooming with water lilies, with two dragonflies flying overhead; it rests on a magnificent angular base, curved and molded from a single block of wood. The upper section features a shelf with rounded corners, as well as openwork square posts fitted with small columns.
Original gilded bronze locks.
Superb quality cabinetmaking and a beautiful waxed finish.
