A charming and rare small rosewood side table from the Louis XVI period with a writing table
A beautiful piece of superb quality featuring a small pull-out compartment that reveals a writing desk. On one side, there is a small compartmentalized drawer. It has a lovely oak interior and comes with its original lock and key.
Its top is adorned with luminous white Carrara marble, delicately framed by a finely crafted openwork brass border that highlights its precious character.
The border is decorated with four bronze medallions.
The piece rests on four tapered legs connected by a crossbar and ending in small splayed feet.
Superb patina and in magnificent condition.
