René Lalique, Pendant Light, Opalescent Chandelier, "dalhias," Signed, In Excellent Condition.
It consists of a molded pressed-glass bowl with a relief design of dahlias, suspended by four original braided cords attached to the conical eye cover.
Complete model, entirely original and in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or missing parts, and fully functional. Signed “R. Lalique” in relief on the inside of the bowl.
This model appeared in the 1928 catalog, was discontinued in 1932, and was not reintroduced after 1947.
Listed in Felix Marcilhac’s catalog raisonné on p. 671, under number 2459.
