Sculpture depicting Actaeon.
In Greek mythology, Actaeon,
Apollo’s grandson, was a hunter
who was transformed into a stag by Artemis,
after he spied her
bathing completely naked.
He is devoured by his own dogs
who do not recognize him.
He holds his spear in one hand and his horn in the other.
Bronze with a brown medal patina.
