Pair Of Globe Wernicke London "waterfall" Bookcases In Mahogany, Circa 1900
Elegant pair of Globe Wernicke London mahogany bookcases from the late 19th/early 20th century from England.
This delightful pair of waterfall bookcases, so named because they have elements of varying depths, creating a stunning silhouette like a waterfall. They are among the rarest, as this different in depth allows for the placement of large books and objects in the lower sections. Furthermore, their shape is very pleasing.
A beautiful model that can be placed together to form a large bookcase or separately.
Bookcase with a lot of character with iron fittings on its sides
The glasses slides inside the elements
It can be used as a bookcase or a display case
in perfect condition and very beautiful patina
The bookcase match perfectly into an old or contemporary interior
We have a nearly identical pair. It would be possible to arrange two pairs of two in a room, which could look stunning
Delivery available in Belgium, France, and internationally.
On display in our 2,500 m² showroom at 41 Rue Henri Wafelaerts, 1060 Brussels, Belgium.
More information and photos available upon request.
