Pair Of Decorative Copper Amphorae - 20th Century
Pair of ornamental amphorae from the 20th century. These large vases are made of hammered copper with vertical segments and have a bulbous jar shape, reminiscent of classical Roman amphorae. The upper part features two curled handles with movable hanging rings. The lower part features a band decorated in relief with floral motifs. The vases are supported by a three-legged pedestal that ends in curled feet, thus raising the amphora off the floor.
