Small flintlock pistol for travel and carriage use (18th century), converted to percussion in the 19th century.
Round barrel with a reinforced muzzle and fluted sides.
Muzzle diameter: 12 mm
Hallmark of the St. Etienne arms factory on the left side, at the level of the barrel.
Walnut stock with a long barrel, iron fittings, trigger under the trigger guard, muzzle cap under the barrel.
Carved walnut stock with a bird-head-shaped cap and mother-of-pearl eyes.
Floral decoration, carved behind the breech block
Note: an old minor repair at the front of the stock
Remnants of engraving on the barrel
