1.95-carat Unheated Ceylon Sapphire Ring In Platinum

Unheated Ceylon sapphire ring in platinum. 1930s ring centered with a 1.95-carat unheated blue sapphire in a bezel setting, surrounded by 24 rose-cut diamonds highlighted by a millegrain setting. The sapphire features a very soft blue color, typical of stones from Sri Lanka. The setting is understated and refined, characteristic of interwar jewelry. Art Deco ring, circa 1920-1930, France.
