Pair Of Majolica Cherubs With Ginori Vases, Late 19th Century
Splendid pair of two cherubs on vase-holder bases (probably originally intended as candle or torch holders).
Both marked Ginori with the inventory number.
Production dates back to the late 19th century.
Of eclectic taste.
Two small restorations are needed on the mouths of the vases, but otherwise intact.
Probably made by the sculptor Ubaldo Lucchesi.
Height of the two cherubs: 52 and 54 cm, width 19 cm for both.
