Louis Dagé (1885–1960) is one of the most representative French ceramists of the Art Deco period. Trained by the ceramist Léon Pointu, he founded his own studio in the 1920s and developed a body of work characterized by elegant forms, luminous glazes, and stylized decorations inspired by nature. His creations, often enhanced by vibrant colors and exceptional craftsmanship, perfectly illustrate the interwar period’s taste for decorative modernity.
