This plate is auhentic and dates from the 1840s and taken from the monumental work of Dr. Bourgery, who occupied the last 15 years of his life to complete it.
Unanimously recognized for the finesse of his drawings made by Professor draftsman anatomist Jacob, a pupil of the famous painter of the Revolution, David.
This work is illustrated with 725 lithographed plates in sixteen volumes, eight volumes of text on 2108 pages, and eight volumes of plates for 3750 individual figures, which will be the subject of eighty issues staggered from 1831 to 1854, the last volume being published posthumously
