Jean Baptiste Sécheret was a student at the Beaux Arts de Paris in 1976, then a resident at Villa Velasquez from 1984 to 1986.
He teaches at the Ecole Superieure d'Architecture Paris Belleville, and his style is indeed highly constructed, often featuring architecture in which light plays an important role.
He is represented in numerous collections, and the BNF holds many prints of his work.
