Early 17th-century Italian Baroque Walnut Chest
Baroque walnut chest. Paneled front with a central medallion depicting a pair of cherubs, ribbons, and scrolls; side panels modified and converted into a pair of doors. Uprights carved with caryatids, lower molding with leaf and fruit carvings, animal-shaped feet. Alterations. Italy, early 17th century.
