Antique Pedestal Bowl Made Of Hand-blown And Hand-cut Glass, Late 19th–early 20th Century
Fine pedestal bowl in blown and delicately hand‑cut crystal, featuring a wide flared bowl with a scalloped rim, a stem decorated with vertical flutes, and a circular hollow foot.
The slightly yellowish tint visible in the crystal’s transparency is a characteristic indicator of late 19th‑century European lead‑crystal production, particularly common in Bohemian workshops and, to a lesser extent, in French ones.
Condition: very good overall condition. However, a few small internal spots can be observed inside the hollow foot, comparable to light “moss‑like” formations caused by impurities and residual humidity trapped inside during the making of the piece.
