Beautiful Indochinese display case in solid rosewood.Trapezoidal in shape, it opens onto a large glass door and a solid door.
The lower panels are carved with scenes of everyday life, with landscapes and figures carved in relief.
Pediment with clashing dragons on the front and phoenixes on the sides.
Working locks, one key for both doors.
Good overall condition, some gluing in the wood and missing openwork frieze on the right side of the glass door.
Late 19th century, brought back from Indochina by the great-grandfather of the person I bought it from.
Preferably picked up at my warehouse in Limoges,delivery possible by carrier on pallet and wooden crate, 300euros in France, 800 euros in the EU and 1500 euros worldwide.
