A large Sèvres porcelain footed bowl with a rich blue background and gold decoration. The circumference of the bowl is animated by a rotating decoration of landscapes, trees, village and birds. The foot features a pigeon with wings spread on a branch. In the center and inside of the bowl, an exceptional motif of pigeons on an architectural dovecote and a tree.
This magnificent gilded decoration on a very deep Sèvres blue background gives a very special character to this landscape, which takes on an almost phantasmagorical appearance.
