The front is symmetrically divided by two large main panels featuring geometric inlays and a burl wood decoration in the center that creates a distinctive visual accent. The lid opens to reveal a spacious and practical storage compartment lined with paper. The chest rests on three majestic front legs, finely carved with Baroque-style scroll and curl motifs, which lift it off the ground, giving it stability and grandeur. Noteworthy are the antique lock and key.
