Murano Glass Pendant Lamp Attributed To Barovier, 1930s–1940s
Murano glass pendant lamp attributed to Barovier, 1930s/1940s
Elegant pendant lamp crafted from Murano art glass and gilded brass, attributed to the Barovier workshop, dating from the 1930s/1940s.
The structure consists of a central brass rod supporting a decorative circular ring with a light-emitting bowl in transparent blown glass. The glass features ribbed work with a wavy, petal-like edge, typical of Murano production between the late Art Deco and early Modernist periods.
Two side elements in molded glass complete the composition with an elegant sculptural effect.
