Art Deco "rhododendron" Vase By Schneider - Le Verre Français
Superb Art Deco period (1927 - 1928) "Rhododendrons" vase from Schneider - Le Verre Français.
White powdered glass, lined with pink powdered glass, gradient purple powdered glass towards the bottom. The two purple glass handles are heat-applied. Superb stylized Rhododendron decoration in acid-etched glass.
It is signed "Le Verre Français" at the base and "Charder" in the decoration (see photos). This decoration is referenced on page 173 of Marie-Christine Joulin and Gerold Maier's book.
Height: 21.5 cm. Diameter: 14.5 cm. Very good condition. No cracks, no chips.
