18th Century Sèvres Porcelain Milk Jug
Tripod milk jug in 18th century Sèvres porcelain. It is richly decorated with garlands of flowers and gold stars. The interior is speckled with small black dots, a common 18th-century phenomenon. This milk jug is marked in blue, with interlaced Ls and the letter, date, FF for 1783, as well as GI and ermine. There is a small chip on the outside of the spout (see photo). The milk jug is otherwise in good condition, with no visible restoration.
