Beautiful Art Deco menagère designed by Luc Lanel for the Christofle house in 1933.
Close to mint condition, 22 new pieces in sealed blister packs, other pieces in perfect condition.
Ménagère set of 57 silver-plated metal pieces for 8 people including:
8 table knives, 24.5 cm, including 1 under sealed blister,
8 table spoons, 20.5 cm,including 6 under sealed blisters,
8 table forks, 20.5 cm,
8 cheese knives, dessert, 19.5 cm,including 3 under sealed blisters,
8 dessert forks, dessert, 17 cm,of which 5 in sealed blister packs,
8 teaspoons, coffee, dessert, 13.5 cm,
8 mocha spoons, coffee, 10 cm,of which 7 in sealed blister packs,
1 ladle, 29 cm.
The knife blades are stainless steel, the handles and cutlery silver-plated metal.
Christofle hallmark on each piece, knife blades engraved with the brand.
