Pair Of Porcelain Flasks With Cut Sides XIXth Century

Pair of porcelain cutaway flasks, richly decorated with gilded polychrome floral motifs on a deep red background.

Each side is adorned with reserves decorated with finely executed bouquets of flowers, framed by gilded ornamental motifs in the taste of European productions inspired by the Far East.

The necks are outlined with a gilded ring and topped with their original stoppers, also decorated and perfectly matched.

High-quality work, probably European (in the taste of Paris or certain Bohemian productions), dating from the late 19th century

Good overall condition, note some light wear from use, particularly at the base and on the gilding, without altering the decorative aspect.

Dimensions:

  • Height: approx. 18cm

Nice decorative set, ideal for a display case or mantelpiece, testifying to a taste for rich, colorful ornamentation.
