Large Neo-gothic Piece Of Furniture In Richly Carved Oak - 19th Century
Exceptional solid oak cabinet, in the neo-Gothic style, dating from the second half of the 19th century, featuring particularly rich and architectural carving work.
This tall piece of furniture comprises several superimposed bodies, adorned with abundant decoration of Gothic motifs: tri-lobed arches, rosettes, foliage, openwork networks and finely carved panels.
The upper part is surmounted by a important canopy with arcatures, supported by consoles carved with persons in the round, giving the whole a strong decorative presence.
The central body features carved panels with heraldic decor, including coats of arms and animal motifs, framed by original wrought iron hinges and elements, adding to its authenticity.
The lower section opens with a storage space completed by several drawers, offering beautiful functionality in addition to its decorative character.
